  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • Cooking spray or butter
